Our folding furniture is carried by several reputable retailers. You may want to call in advance to make sure that your local store carries our products. For a brief list click here

The products available on our website represent what color and material combinations are available and in stock. We do not offer custom color combinations at a consumer capacity.

5.How do I make a warranty claim?
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased at our Official Corporate Websites does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Products purchased from other retailers MUST be returned to the place of purchase. For more information click here

6.What is the fabric/vinyl made of?

7.Is the fabric Scotchgarded/stain-resistant? Can I pre-treat the fabric?
We have a wide variety of fabrics in our line which have different tolerances for stain resistance. We do not guarantee the stain resistance of our fabrics; however, there are several different types of stain blockers or cleaners available commercially. Please refer to their guidelines for application and/or use.

8.What is the weight limit on chairs and tables?
Each product is different. All of our products are tested and adhere to industry standards.

9.Are replacement parts available?
Yes. We do offer replacement caps for our furniture. We do not, however, offer replacement parts for mechanisms or any other structural parts of our furniture.

10.Is assembly involved?
Almost all of our folding furniture is 100% pre-assembled

11.Can the products be used outdoors?
Yes, with the understanding that anything left out in the elements over an extended period of time will become damaged. We recommend, when not in use, that you fold up and store your folding furniture in a cool, dry place.

There is a label containing this information on each piece of furniture. There are a few variations of this label, but the information should remain the same and be located in about the same place. Here is a sample label for you to reference.

You should receive an email when your order is processed and when it is being shipped along with a tracking number.

Yes. All of our furniture has Non-Marring Leg Caps or Plastic pegs that will prevent our products from damaging your floors.

There are several wood furniture care products on the market. We do not recommend any particular brand over the others.
